As Ucler Store, we started our service in Istanbul, Laleli as a Ready-to-Wear Production and Export Company for newborn, girls and boys in 1993.

Over the years, We managed the production of different product groups by managing all stages of production with our expert staff. As of 2020, our company has established a new department for special production purpose of our customers brands.


Our Product Groups; Newborn sets, Baby and Children’s Clothing like every kind girl and boy dresses, pullovers, sets, shirts, skirts, shorts, capris, leggings, denims, trousers, sweatshirts, t-shirts, shirts, cardigans, jumpsuits, baby showsuits, bodies, vests, jackeys, outdoor clothes, towels, bathrobes, blankets, socks, Hats, Carrycots,…etc.

In these product groups, we use different fabric types that our customer’s desired (Silk, Wool, Linen, Cotton, Organic, Viscose, Polyester and mixtures etc.) and different fabric finishes (easy care, non-iron, nano technology, antibacterial, water and oil repellent) etc.) Pattern design, accessory, printing and embroidery applications with a wide range of production.

The steps of producing your design:

1- Develop a concept
First of all we need the drawing of your desired design in digital file or sketch.
And in this case; together, we discuss your roduct to make sure we get it right already with the first low MOQ order. (If you send us a sketch on the paper, we will apply you a digital design cost.)

2- Creating a Technical Document
We come up with a professional design file for your custom clothing, commonly referred to as Tech Document. This will include the designs, colors, and materials of the requested item.
Shortly, we create a list of all the materials needed to bring the desired clothes to the life.



3- Getting a Cut Sheet and Serialisation
We determine the length, width and height for all parts of the requested item. Different sizes and designs require attention to detail so that the apparel manufacturing companies have precise instructions. The most sensitive process that will enable you to become a vendor! in a short time is done at this stage.

4- Pre-Production Sample
You are ready to get the reward of our cooperation. We will send you a pre-production sample after doing the Step-3 You can also get a super comprehensive swatch book if needed. Enjoy a visualization of your apparel from drawing to a product!

5. Producing Your Order
After you decide on the perfect sample, we are ready to integrate the design into the production line at the factory for mass production. We manage the whoole production process to give you the best quality service as you desired.

6. Export Your Goods
We, as Uclerstore , are sending your orders to your door for your export requirements with an international cargo company which you desired. In these step, our sales experts will help guide you through the entire process.
